The first four registrants who are able to bring a gear trailer (with gear) will receive one free registration.

Participants will need:
- tent
- personal hygiene products
- sleeping bag + other sleeping gear as needed
- clothing for the weekend
- mess kit + reusable cup with lid
- camp chair
- bring a backpacking pack (if they have one)
- bring Latest editions of the following (buy or borrow)
- Trailman’s Handbook
- Woodlands Trail Leader Guide
- Nav/Adv Leaders Guide
- Nav/Adv Field Guide
- Woodlands Trail Handbook
- Troop Uniform
