2022 National High Adventure Experience – Colorado
Trip 1 Williams Creek Trek July 9-16 2022
Trip 2 San Juan West Fork Trek July 16-23 2022

Each trek is about 35 miles from 9000 to 12,000 ft. in the San Juan Mountain Range of southern
Colorado, crossing the Continental Divide, and will be guided by Trail Life’s strategic partner,
Voice of Wilderness. This will be available to qualifying Adventurers to partake as a High
Adventure experience.
Cost $650 – $1000
Registration and Nonrefundable Deposit of $100 due by January 1st 2022
Final Payment Due by May 1st 2022
2 Registered Adults and 10 adventurer youth per trek
Requirements:
 Completed Applications with a non-refundable $100.00 deposits must be submitted online by January 1, 2022.
 Rejected applications will have deposits refunded, less processing fees.
 Only Adventurers may apply.
 Current High Adventure Health Form. (Submitted with application and remaining valid
through the trip.)
 Completed Trail Badges: Camping, Fire Ranger, First Aid, Outdoor Cooking, Ropework,
Trail Skills, Woods Tools, Fitness, Backpacking, and Emergency Preparedness Trail
Badge. All completed and recorded in TLC by July 1, 2022.
 Attendance to all on-line planning meetings, along with their selected Troop mentor.
 Recommendation letter from a non-relative Troopmaster or Advisor.
Final trip agenda, cost and details will be organized after Jan 1st 2022
