West Virginia Quad Region Summer Adventure

The West Virginia Quad-Region Trail Life USA Summer Adventure will feature a paintball tournament (Battle for Mars), daily devotionals themed to the event, guest speakers, an opening and closing show, a campfire program, and 30+ Warrior Clinics in the mornings and Warrior Challenges in the evenings. There will be an elective white river rafting on the New River Gorge planned for Tuesday that must be booked and paid for directly through ACE Adventures.
Patrol method throughout. First officer elected daily. Leaders’ Decaf in the evenings. Anticipate a packed schedule of adventure from arrival Sunday afternoon through departure Saturday morning.
Meals and camping are all included in the $350 camp fee per Trailman. Registration includes paintball for everyone along with a wicking t-shirt and Summer Adventure pin. Additional shirts may be purchased for $12 ($3 additional charge for XXXL). If you pay by e-check there is a $0.45 processing fee per registration. If you pay by credit card there is a $12.70 processing fee per registration. This registration site is intended to be used individually for Trailmen and Adults. Troops are also able to register collectively if they so desire.
Additional adventure packages can be booked with Ace Adventures including white-water rafting, zip lining, and mountain biking. These extra packages are planned for Tuesday. Troops will book and pay for these additions directly with ACE Adventures.
All participating Trailmen must fill out the attached all inclusive waiver and give to your troop’s Summer Adventure Chair before coming on the Summer Adventure. All participants must bring a completed TL High Adventure Medical Exam Form and TL Health and Medical Record Form.
