Not you! In order to maintain my current loan terms IE Choice monthly payment.. All this is illegal and they are working together! I've had to call in and speak to someone to make a payment every month because their automatic withdrawal and online payment "options" never work. No help from mosaic customer service.

I will not give Mosaic 5 stars because I am still a little upset that their slow and inadequate response made me lose out on a great refinance deal. I am extremely upset over these unfair practices and will inform others to being aware of your company policies. I have already recommended to friends who are considering adding solar that I would advise not to install solar if they plan to sell the house in the near future. Never once did the sales rep tell me or my wife that additional fees would be required when you went to refinance your "HOME" loan. I have sent an email and they send me information that doesn’t pertain to my situation.
Had a great team working on my loan , let’s say it-wasn't easy once done the loan set up with Auto Pay was alsome and easy thank u so much !! Mosaic has no sense of urgency and really no idea what is up. My only guess is they incentivize people by offering a $4,000 discounted price if you reach a target balance in a certain period of time, and now that I’m only a couple of months from reaching the target balance, it appears they are manipulating not only my payment but the contract I signed with them. Program allows for an up to 3 month extension on loan payments, with no payments required during that time. Residential 3 request from my escrow company and 2 from me. If I didn’t keep my eyes on this, I would have missed saving $4,000 because of a $30- adjustment they made without my knowledge. I called a customer service rep after hours and asked to have a finance manager call me back the following morning. While each customer service rep has been very professional, I'm so frustrated with this company. I have damage and a leaky roof from the panel install. No one can understand why Mosaic's qualification requirements for a loan transfer are so out of line with other lending and financial institutions. However, Solar Mosaic has hired a relatively new director named Jim Wojton who has been very good working with homeowners to help them get through this major hurdle. I know how to manage my funds to the max. Was told I would receive it within 2 weeks. I had my 10.4 kw system installed 12/2019, power co had billing issues. It is a 9 kw Solar City/Tesla system, totaling $29K, monthly payment of $199 and covers 110% of our annual energy usage.
