He’s set to hit free agency next off-season, so we’ll see how much of a pay increase the notoriously stingy Bengals are willing to give him.

Pittsburgh Steelers – G David DeCastro (Stanford). He was a lovable guy, put up fantastic numbers both on the ground and in the air, won Rookie of the Year, and led his team to their first playoff berth in 5 years. The Browns still don’t have a quarterback, and Wilson is a playmaker.
At this point in his career people seem to write Robert Griffin off as a bust. Luck hasn’t led them to the Super Bowl yet, but that’s largely as a result of GM Ryan Grigson failing to surround him with enough talent. The 2011 Eagles were the so called “dream team” Eagles that finished 8-8, largely because of poor linebacker play. The man just plays good ball and the Patriots know the value of a player like that. Bruce Irvin played a similar role, and played better. Norman has shown that he can be the top corner on his team, stopping the best receivers in the league and making it look easy. He was constantly hurt and ended up retiring after only 2 seasons. If they were to pick up someone as talented as Chandler Jones in 2012 that issue would have never been a problem. New York Jets – DE Malik Jackson (Tennessee). He would play in the Cowboys’ defense either in place of Lee or right next to him.
“Snacks” has gotten his weight under control after weighing over 400 pounds at one point. Again, here is a very solid pick. The Panthers lose out on Luke Kuechly in this re-mock, but Bobby Wagner isn’t much of a downgrade, so the Panthers grab him here. The best player available at this point is Olivier Vernon, the DE out of Miami. The Dolphins made the best pick possible at this point in the draft. There was Wilson in the third, Brock Osweiler in the second, Nick Foles in the third, but we have the Dolphins picking Kirk Cousins here. He was always praised for his attitude and commitment to the team and the game, he came from a small school, and is a leader amongst his teammates.
The Texans are consistently looking for someone to line up across from JJ Watt and they used their 2012 first round pick on Whitney Mercilus for that exact reason. Taking Tucker would have shored up the position for years to come. Houston Texans – G Brandon Brooks (Miami-OH). Perry did have a decent playoff run in 2015 racking up 3.5 sacks, which keeps him from being a total bust, but Jackson had a better playoffs being a key component in the Broncos winning the Super Bowl. They did not make any mistakes when chooing Zeitler in 2012, but with guys like Kelechi Osemele, Brandon Brooks, and Bobby Massie coming out of later rounds, the argument can be made that Zeitler didn’t need to go so early. Dontari Poe was a solid pick by the Chiefs here, but Mike Daniels would have been better. Minnesota Vikings – S Harrison Smith (Notre Dame).

Ultimately, they got 7 players for one pick and were the obvious winners of the trade, given that the Redskins used that #2 overall pick on Robert Griffin. Seriously, the ever-injured Percy Harvin, and Jerome Simpson highlighted their receiving corp., but that’s pretty much all they had. Ryan Tannehill has been unspectacular in 5 seasons in Miami and there are other good players left on the board, but the quarterback position is so valuable and Tannehill has been a capable starter for the Dolphins at that position since they drafted him 8th overall.
Is he too mean? However, the trade could have been a lot better for the Rams if they used those picks more wisely.
