i guess im looking for rate limiting, is that available in cloudflare for free or need an upgrade? If an IP triggers a security rule, it doesn’t automatically ban the IP or anything - the only thing it does is reduce the IP’s reputation, however, that’s something that goes on behind-the-scenes and isn’t visible to you.
