At the Memphis Zoo, get nose-to-nose with polar bears and splashed by sea lions in Northwest Passage. We didn't see any Lions, tigers, well let just say the cats were not out! So if you come in warm months bring a swimsuit, fast drying clothes or a change of clothes. We were able to see keepers feeding lots of the animals so they were all very active. My favorite zoo in the country! Everyone had fun, even the little one. This zoo is pretty great. The Pandas were on display, but you couldn't really see them because the windows were foggy!

Like most zoos there are additional add on experiences (camel rides, giraffe feeding, sting rays, carousal, train) but all of the actual exhibits were completely free including the aquarium and petting zoo.
