This is a weekend training event, intended primarily for TLUSA Direct Contact adult leaders, and Troop Committee members, who are gifted with the desire, heart, and ability to train others. The course will prepare you to develop lesson plans, engage in practice teaching in front of others, become familiar with necessary pedagogical skills, review of 3 Peaks training, understand and implement patrol method and spirit, understand and participate in flag ceremonies and campfire programs, and much more.
