Very scenic yet demanding. Share on Trail Run Project. Find the bridge as it was my highlight! Soon the trail becomes smooth and levels out a bit before traversing the mountain. OR. The Rim trail South can be extended by taking the nature trail connector which is really fun and brings you out right at the Snowmass Village mall lot 7. No one was wearing masks. Ditch is busy, but Campground Connect and Government are the perfect quiet, low traffic hike!
